For all other insurance companies, I can provide a super bill that you can submit to them for possible reimbursement of services.

I provide free phone consultations prior to establishing therapeutic relationship to ensure that I am the appropriate provider for you. For a 60-minute sessions my fee is $200/session.

Payment

Credit, Cash and Check are all acceptable forms of payment. For telehealth (phone or video), I do keep credit card on file that will be charged immediately following each session.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your session or do not cancel within 24 hours of session, you will be charged the full price of session which is either my full fee or the contracted rate of your insurance provider.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
